I spoke to Mr Yang today. He’s one of Sunbeam Travel’s (1) senior employees. I told him that our customers always prefer to deal with (2) Debbie .He told me the problem might be the way I (3) communicate .He explained to me about (4) body language. He said that I was not giving customers a good (5) impression. My body language was telling customers to go (6)away, instead of making them feel (7)welcome. So now I’m trying to (8) improve my body language.
